Children: under the age of 12 years sharing with two adults pay 50% of the adult sharing rate per night

. Manor House Family Suite comprises two bedrooms, one full en-suite bathroom, accommodating two adults and two children.

. 2 Family Garden Suites comprises two bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms and a lounge area.

Rate inclusions: Accommodation, all meals, morning and afternoon game drives, return road transfer to/from Eastgate Airport (HDS) for scheduled flights on full board rates only and VAT.

Rate exclusions: All drinks, conservation levy of R165.00 nett per person per day, laundry, and items of a personal nature.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please note that guests will be required to sign an indemnity form on arrival.

Anon refundable 20% deposit is required to confirm any reservation.

Full payment of balance is due 7 days prior to the guest’s arrival, unless the booking is made within 30 days, in which case full payment will be required to confirm the reservation.

CANCELLATION

. Booking cancelled 45 days prior to arrival will forfeit their deposit.

. Bookings cancelled 30 days prior to arrival will incur 50% cancellation fee.

. Bookings cancelled 14 days prior to arrival will incur 90% cancellation fee.

Children: All children are welcome at Khaya Ndlovu Safari Manor.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult during game drives. Children under 12 are permitted on Safari at the sole discretion of the manager or guide. Children under 6 are not permitted on Safari, and where possible , a kiddies Safari will be arranged between normal Safari times. Babysitting can be arranged at a lodge at an additional charge.

Bush walks are are open to young adults 16 years and older and will be at the Lodge Manager’s trail guides discretion and is dependent on the age and potential fitness levels of the guests.
