Rate inclusions:

Luxury Suite: accommodation, all meals, tea and snacks, 2 daily safari activities, selected beverages and Vat.

Family Safari Villa: As above with Suite, Full use of the villa and sole use of a safari vehicle with your private and tracker.

Deluxe Safari Villa: As above with family safari villa and includes private chef with all meals catered for at the Villa.

Note: The family Safari Villa and Deluxe Safari villa are the same villa that is sold in 2 different ways.

Rate exclusions: Park entrance fees as determined by Northwest Parks and Tourism Board, conservation levy (subject to change without notice), selected premium brand, drinks massages and items of a personal nature. Please note surcharge may apply to certain dietary requirements.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Always verify full terms and conditions with reservation department prior to booking confirmation or on proforma invoice. Please note that quest will be required to sign an indemnity form on arrival.

A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to confirm any reservation. Full payment of the balance is due 7 days prior to guest arrival, unless the booking is made within 30 days, in which case full payment will be required to confirm the reservation.

. Booking  cancelled 45 days prior to arrival will forfeit their deposit

. Booking   cancelled 30 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee

. Booking  cancelled 14 days prior to arrival will incur 90% cancellation fee

CHILDREN: Children under the age of 12 are permitted on safari with other quests at the sole discretion of the manager or guide. Children under the age 6 are not permitted on safari, and where possible, a special kiddie, s safari ” can be arranged between normal safari times. No children under the age of 16 will be permitted on the bush walks.
