Guest will be required to sign an indemnity form upon arrival.
To confirm any reservation, a non refundable deposit of 20% is required within 7 days
The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days before the guest arrival.
If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is needed immediately to confirm the reservation.
Cancellation:
Bookings cancelled 45 days or more before arrival will forfeit their deposit.
Bookings cancelled 30 days before arrival will insure 90% cancellation fee.
